15.2 Billing Cycle
Membership fees are billed on the same calendar day each billing cycle as the day you first registered (e.g., monthly or annually). If payment is unsuccessful due to insufficient funds or other issues, we may retry billing up to three times within seven (7) days. If payment cannot be processed, your Account may be suspended or terminated.

15.3 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods specified on the Website. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to keep it up-to-date.

15.4 Price Changes

    •    Cancellation requests submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription payment and no services have been accessed.
